Corporate Communication

It is the verbal self-presentation of a company, so how the company talks about itself. It is the most flexible instrument inside a CI because although it allows planned long-term strategies it also provides an opportunity for quick tactical use. There are two major goals corporate communication has to achieve as a CI component. The first is to describe the identity and indistinguishability of a company in an understandable and memorable form and second of all to guide content and information, which is creating the image, in a way that supports and benefits the company.

Communication Program

To achieve those goals there has to be a defined communication program which has to check 3 major boxes:

  • Defines the business philosophy in an understandable and contradiction free language
  • Phrases tasks precise and easy to grasp
  • Gives employees and co-workers the impression that they can talk about their concerns regarding the vision, mission or other parts of the company
